What happened

We were in a board meeting. Someone had used an AI tool to generate a 40-slide deck overnight. The slides were beautiful. The data visualizations were crisp. The narrative arc was textbook.

• A one-page problem statement that anyone can read in 2 minutes
• A prototype (even a paper one) that shows the solution
• A 20-minute conversation where the team can ask real questions

Why this matters
