The problem
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The existing design system had become a bottleneck rather than an accelerator — fragmented across teams, inconsistently adopted, and slow to evolve. Sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
What I did
- Audited the entire component library to identify redundancies.
- Established a centralized governance model with weekly triages.
- Rebuilt the foundational design tokens from first principles.
- Authored comprehensive guidelines focusing on component intent.
A design system is not a project; it is a product serving other products.

The problem
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Newsrooms were operating on a patchwork of legacy tools that no longer matched how journalists actually worked. Sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt ut labore et dolore magna aliqua.
What I did
- Ran discovery interviews across five newsrooms in three countries.
- Mapped the editorial workflow end-to-end and named the real bottleneck.
- Shaped a minimum viable rollout plan tied to measurable outcomes.
- Coached the engineering leads through the first two release cycles.
Shipping is the easy part. Knowing what to ship is the work.
